Earned Value Management Systems: How to Ace an EVM System Implementation is a webinar sponsored by the Government Contracting Institute, the leading provider of government regulatory and contract opportunity information for federal contractors.
The U.S. government is placing increased reliance on the use of Earned Value Management Systems to assist them in managing contracts of all sizes. While originally conceived for large (over $50 million) cost reimbursement contracts, the government is now requiring the use of earned value on contracts of much smaller value.
