Robert Annicelli
Electronic Contracting Analyst, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
Rob Annicelli is an Electronic Contracting Analyst with the Defense Contract Management Agency (“DCMA”). He has worked for DCMA in both a geographical contract management office (“CMO”) and at Headquarters, where he currently is assigned.
He was a team member on the Technical Assistance Group (“TAG”) at CMO Maryland, where he worked as both an Engineer and a Program Integrator. Rob served as the deputy Program Integration Coordinator for the CMO.
Previously, he worked for the Naval Air Systems Command (“NAVAIR”) at NAS Patuxent River as a Manufacturing and Production Engineer, where he supported both the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and the V-22 Osprey. He completed the USDA Executive Leadership Program, which included rotational assignments at the Executive Office of the President of the United States and the United States House of Representatives.
Rob started his career in defense acquisition at the Naval Inventory Control Point in Philadelphia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from York College of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park.
