Joe Nocerino is a recognized leader in the field of proposal development. In addition to his own company, Century Planning Associates, he founded and leads the Proposal Industry Council (PIC) of based in Northern Virginia. Joe has literally “written the book” on proposal planning, design, and development: How to Prepare Winning Competitive Proposals, now in its sixth edition.
Joe is a frequent speaker on a wide variety of proposal writing topics.
