The highly popular webinar, Decode New Time & Material and Labor Hour Contract Rules is now available on CD. This is your chance to learn about New FAR and DFARS changes to rules on time and materials (T&M) and labor hour (LH) contracts. Buy Decode New Time & Material and Labor Hour Contract Rules webinar on CD today.

Navigating new regulations is tricky—especially when your money is involved. New FAR and DFARS rules made sweeping changes to time and materials (T&M) and labor hour (LH) contracts, as well as changes to subcontract labor rates on non-commercial T&M contracts. The regs enforce new competition requirements for these contracts, as well as key changes to pricing, pay rates, and direct and indirect costs—things you need to know.

DoD issued 13 pages worth of explanations and graphs to outline the new rules, but you don’t have the time or the energy to sift through pages of rhetoric to find out exactly what these changes mean to your current and future contracts. Now you don’t have to.

An Inside Guide to T&M and LH Contract Changes, hosted by Ken Bricker, Senior Partner at Goodman & Company will give you straight answers to the important questions:

  • What do these changes mean for your current contracts?
  • When are T&M contracts now appropriate?
  • How will these new regs affect subcontracting relationships?
  • How do you leverage new competition requirements on T&M and LH contracts to win more business?
